Production

• We cut steel sheets up to 20 mm thick. 
• Stainless steel sheets up to 15 mm thick.
• Aluminium sheets (AlMg3) up to 10 – 12 mm thick.
• The cutting is done with a Fiber technology.

CUTTING ENQUIRY

• We bend metal sheets to the length of 3,000 mm.
• Press force of 230 t.
• Trumpf 5230 press brake.

BENDING ENQUIRY

• Roll bending of metal sheets to the length of 2,500 mm.
• Metal thickness up to 6 mm.
• Minimum diameter of roll-bending starts at 200 mm.

ROLL BENDING ENQUIRY

• Manual welding is done on a Siegmund welding table which ensures precise clamping of the welded piece. 
• The movement scope of the welding robot arm is 3,000 mm diagonally within one workplace.
• The second workplace is equipped with a RotoLas rotary workstation with a load bearing capacity of 500 kg.
• Robotic welding is done with a Cloos welding robot.
